On The Rocks By: Kandi Steiner

What a great and fun read! I couldn't put this one down! I stayed up way too late reading it, but it was well worth it! I love the small town romances, it as always makes me want to visit the places in them. This story makes you feel that you are right there with the characters. I love the chemistry between Noah and Ruby, it's electric. Noah I'd completely swoon worthy.
